Payment Process for the National Parks Institute
The following payment methods are available for the spring seminar. As a reminder, the total tuition is $5,500.00 USD.
Payment by credit card is the preferred method as well as the easiest but there are other alternatives available such as Western Union Wire Transfer, Check or Purchase Order.

Paying with a credit card will allow you to enroll yourself directly into the Institute. Pay online here .
A check from your organization may be mailed to UC Merced Extension. Once the check is received and processed, you will be notified and enrolled in the Institute. When paying by check, please allow enough time for mail to arrive by the February 21nd deadline for payment.

If a company or a government agency is paying for your tuition and fees, a purchase order is often required. A purchase order authorizes UC Merced Extension to complete your enrollment and send an invoice to the company/agency for payment. Once the purchase order is received and processed, you will be notified and enrolled in the Institute.
Purchase Orders should be received no later than February 21st for processing by UC Merced in order to confirm your seat.
